How Do We Sign Up?

To register for an LME Weekend, a couple must be a married man and woman. Application can be done either on-line or by US mail.

You will then receive a registration form to complete and return with the $45 registration fee. As soon as your completed form and fee are received and accepted, your name will be placed on the registration list for the requested Weekend until that list reaches 25 couples. Additional couple names are placed on a waiting list and are called to attend their desired Weekend if already registered couples should need to cancel due to illness, job emergency, or family emergency.

Your registration needs to be finalized five weeks before your desired Weekend. This is to allow adequate time for the hotel to know approximately how many rooms to reserve and how much food to plan for the meals.

A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you along with further instructions and weekend information.
