What’s the cost?

When you apply for your Marriage Encounter Weekend, there is an application fee of $45 per couple. This fee is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a later Weekend for you, if you are unable to attend the Weekend for which you originally register.

There are no other required fees.

During your Weekend, there is an opportunity to invest in the future of Lutheran Marriage Encounter (LME) by making a confidential contribution. LME is all-volunteer (no one is paid) and is not funded by any church body. Donations are received from volunteers and others. The Weekend cost figure is $400 per couple. (The Weekend cost figure varies for other parts of the USA and Canada.)

Donations are strictly confidential and decided upon in the privacy of your hotel room. Cash, credit card or a current or post-dated check can be used to make donations.

Financial circumstances should not hold you back from attending a Marriage Encounter Weekend. The Weekend is yours regardless of a donation.

A donation is definitely NOT required.
